these terms and conditions ("terms") govern your use of the grow pioneer website and services operated by anantam corporation ("we", "our", or "us"). by accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. services

grow pioneer provides a done-for-you real estate appointment-setting service for licensed real estate agents and brokers in the united states and canada. our services include:

• creation and management of meta (facebook/instagram) advertising campaigns
• funding of meta ad spend on behalf of the client during the pilot period
• lead qualification via human virtual assistants (vas)
• automated follow-up and reminder messaging via ai systems
• calendar integration and appointment booking

the specific scope of services, deliverables, pricing, and guarantee terms are set out in the individual service agreement signed by both parties.

2. eligibility

to use our services, you must be:

• a licensed real estate agent or broker in good standing in your jurisdiction
• at least 18 years of age
• legally authorised to enter into binding contracts
• operating in a market territory not already exclusively assigned to another grow pioneer client

3. the performance guarantee

grow pioneer offers a conditional performance guarantee as outlined in your service agreement. the guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• client must complete onboarding within 5 business days of signing
• client must grant necessary meta business account access (admin + financial editor)
• client must maintain an active and accessible calendar throughout the pilot period
• client must attend or reasonably facilitate all scheduled strategy calls
• "shown appointments" are defined as prospects who attend a scheduled call or meeting with the client

the guarantee does not apply if the client fails to meet any of the above conditions, or if the client's market territory is found to have insufficient audience size to support the campaign.

4. exclusive territory

upon execution of a service agreement, grow pioneer will not onboard a competing client in the same zip code or defined territory for the duration of the engagement. territory exclusivity is subject to the terms of the signed agreement and terminates upon cancellation or expiry of services.

5. client responsibilities

as a client of grow pioneer, you agree to:

• provide accurate business information during onboarding
• grant timely access to required platforms (meta business manager, calendar systems)
• respond to booked appointments promptly and professionally
• not engage in any conduct that could damage grow pioneer's reputation or the integrity of ad campaigns
• comply with all applicable laws, including real estate advertising regulations in your jurisdiction

6. payment terms

payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. all fees are in usd unless otherwise stated. payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the service agreement or required by applicable law.

grow pioneer funds meta ad spend on your behalf during the pilot period as part of the service. this funded ad spend is not reimbursable by the client and does not constitute a loan or credit arrangement.

7. intellectual property

all ad creatives, copy, scripts, and campaign materials produced by grow pioneer remain the intellectual property of anantam corporation unless expressly transferred in writing. clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely in connection with the services provided.

8. confidentiality

both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, strategies, or data shared during the engagement. this obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

9. limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, grow pioneer's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. disclaimer of warranties

our services are provided "as is." while we make every effort to deliver the results described, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes beyond the appointment guarantee stated in your service agreement. real estate results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, client responsiveness, and conversion skill.

11. termination

either party may terminate the service agreement as specified therein. upon termination, grow pioneer will cease running campaigns and cease funding ad spend. any appointments already booked will be honoured where possible.

12. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which anantam corporation is registered. any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as specified in your service agreement.

13. changes to these terms

we reserve the right to update these terms at any time. continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. we will notify active clients of material changes via email.
